products sourced locally, simply because they taste better and we trust
our suppliers.  The finest ingredients produced by Mother Nature do not
only delight our kitchen team!



Be it Mediterranean cuisine, south Tyrolean specialities, hearty and wholesome,
light, fine and healthy, we use as little fat as possible and no un-natural ingredients
without any loss of taste – it is important to us.  The best wines from Italy and other
producing nations are stored in our wine cellar.  Our Sommelier Akos, is on hand
 for wine tasting and to share his knowledge.
