Weekly packages:
Rates are per person for seven days from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday,
including ¾ gourmet board, and are 5 - 15% less expensive than the daily rate (2 - 6 days)

Rates:
Room categories and prices for Winter 2012 and Summer 2011. For everyday you
extend your stay after a week booking or more, the cost will be based on the normal weekly charge.

Weekly packages:
The prices are per person for 7 days from Sunday to Sunday including our ¾ gourmet board and
are approximately 10% cheaper as the daily price.

Parking:
On your date of arrival your room and free parking space are available from 14.00hrs
.

Arrival and departure:
On your departure day we ask for your understanding that the room must be vacated no later than 11.00hrs.  For late or early departure the room price will be charged.  Preferred date of arrival is Sunday!

Single room supplement:
A double room with single occupancy will incur an additional fee of  between 30% to 50% to the room
price including the ¾ gourmet board.

Weekend Breaks:
We ask for your understanding that we can only offer weekend breaks from Thursday to Sundays in conjunction with the Beauty-Relax-Package, (limited room category). Stays from Friday to Sunday can only be confirmed at short notice.

Non-smoking rooms:
All room categories are no smoking.

Booking a special room number:
We are happy to book special rooms for our guests but are not able to guarantee particular room numbers even when previously confirmed.

Booking cancellations:
We advise you to consider the ‚Quelle-Holiday Insurance’!  The cost is
€ 5 ,- per person per day.  This Holiday Insurance can be taken out when you make
your booking.  The holiday cancellation insurance covers health reasons or other justified reasons.

Cancellation:
If no cancellation cover is applicable the following cancellation fees will be implemented:

14 days before due arrival date will incur payment of 0% of the holiday booked.
13-7 days before the due arrival date will incur a payment of 30% of the holiday booked
6 days before the due arrival date will incur a payment of 70% of the holiday booked

Dogs:
Small dogs are welcome to come along with prior arrangement for a cost of € 15,- per day or a weekly cost of € 80 without food.  If needed a cost of € 30 for end cleaning will be billed.   Only particular rooms are available for guests holidaying with their pets.  Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, Zirbelstüberl, the winter garden and all other restaurants.  The garden and Wellness area are also off limits.
