The quality of our dishes is rooted in exquisite ingredients. South Tyrolean quality
meat with guaranteed origin, salads and vegetables from Eisacktaler vegetable
farmers, butter, dairy products and native cheeses from a small dairy farm in Puster valley.
We are happy to assist you with any special dietary needs and requests.
In addition to the four gourmet menus we serve our health conscious guests a
"Belvita Vital Menu" with delicacies with at most 850 calories.
