Traditional customs are still cultivated in the Gsies Valley. Discover peasant folk or church customs of our valley.
Thus, music bands march on festive occasions and processions and proudly present their traditional costumes. Of course, each of the local music bands has a little something special to offer.
In the Gsieser Tal valley, even the cows march up colourfully decorated - when the cattle return from the alpine pastures to the valley in autumn, bells, flowers, green wreaths adorn their necks and horns.
The processions and parades on various church holidays in summer are always very beautiful. The priest walks along under a canopy, the village community carries statues and Christian symbols.
