A large garden with cultivation areas and greenhouses offers in the new recreation refuge in the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Dolomites the opportunity to take a hand in the cultivation and harvest healthy, local products. In our own workshops you will learn tips and tricks for gardening and processing the harvest.
The fresh natural products come without transport routes directly from the field to the enjoyable breakfast buffet. A chicken coop, beehives and fish ponds complete the range of healthy foods directly on site, which are also a healthy product supplier for the sister establishments Hotel Quelle Nature Spa Resort and Chalet Salena Luxury & Private Lodge.
