Directly from the hotel starts the cross-country slope, more than 40 km of perfectly prepared trails and in the Quelle country skiing school, you learn the perfect technique.

Around the hotel, you are invited of traditional mountain huts and toboggan runs to have a lot of fun.
More times a week we will accompany you on guided snowshoe tours. Hike through the silence of the snow-covered forest on prepared winter hiking trails and enjoy the amazing view of the Dolomites. Once a week we invite you to visit our own refuge and to a hearty snack.

For skiers attracts South Tyrol’s ski area No. 1, the Kronplatz/Plan de Corones, with 105 km of slopes. The daily free shuttle service will take you safely there. With the free train connection from Welsberg/Monguelfo you can explore also the skiing area Three Peaks.

Only 1 km away from our hotel, there is a small, sunny mountain ski lift with its own ski school and ski rental, ideal for beginners, children and families.

The Gsieser Valley is known also for ski touring. On the other hand, how about a romantic horse drawn carriage ride through the forest?
