Fundamentally we all long for the same place. A place where we can become who we truly are. Where we feel that we could achieve everything. Where we could do everything...but don’t have to do anything. A place of lightness, where everyday routines and stress have no place, and we can simply enjoy the here and now. How often do we search for what makes us really happy? Search for answers to the big questions in life? But sometimes the answer is right in front of us:

Often it’s an effort. As life can sometimes be as well. But step by step, it becomes easier – no matter how much you pack into your rucksack. With every step, you come a little nearer to finding yourself. Your thoughts slowly switch off. Body and soul are “reprogrammed” and you sense just how much energy is hidden in the rocks. 

When I am feeling drained, there’s only one energy source that can recharge my batteries. I lace up my hiking boots, pack by water bottle and set off. Step by step, I feel how nature gently begins to work and gives me energy. From the top, everything looks very different. Thoughts that otherwise seem important, fade into the background.
I enjoy the incredible power of the mountains each time afresh – they do something very special to me. I would like to share the joy of life and energy that nature gives me, with you. The Gsies mountains offer everything that a stressed soul needs to find peace and balance again.
