Our wellness experience begins in the new Timeless Sky SPA – an exclusive retreat high above the rooftops of the Gsieser Valley, where tranquillity, design and nature blend in perfect harmony. From the very first glance from the new rooftop infinity pool, a breathtaking panorama unfolds: the majestic Dolomites, the gentle Gsieser alpine pastures and the vast sky seem to merge together here.

A special highlight awaits sauna lovers in the new Mountain Fire Hot Sauna. The intense heat of the Finnish sauna, combined with the unique view of the surrounding mountains, creates an incomparable sauna experience for body and senses. The offering is complemented by the stylish Dolomites Bio Sauna and the new infrared relaxation sauna – soothing, rejuvenating and deeply relaxing.

Around the Sky SPA, over 80 new indoor and outdoor lounging areas invite you to switch off completely and consciously savour the moment. In the exclusive Silence Rooms, absolute tranquillity reigns – retreats full of comfort and relaxation.

The experience is rounded off in the stylish Cloud 7 Drinks & Smoothie Bar with lounge, where refreshing smoothies, fine drinks and the impressive views come together to create moments of pure well-being.

The moment you step inside, you’ll feel the stresses of everyday life slowly fade into the background. In the cosy, warm indoor pool, relaxing massage beds and a gently bubbling whirlpool invite you to let go completely and recharge your batteries.

Pass through the airlock to reach the heated outdoor panoramic pool directly. Surrounded by the impressive natural backdrop of the Gsieser Valley, your gaze wanders over the majestic mountain landscape, whilst warm water and fresh Alpine air provide an incomparable sense of tranquillity. A place where time suddenly ceases to matter.

Your journey then takes you to our diverse sauna world – a sanctuary filled with cosy warmth, natural scents and deep relaxation. Just in time, the atmospheric themed infusion begins in the Infinity Event Sauna, where harmonious sounds, pleasant warmth and carefully selected scents engage all the senses.

For the perfect refreshment afterwards, an exceptional highlight awaits you: our unique snow sauna – an experience rarely found in the Alpine region. The fine snow is created exclusively from water and air and feels particularly soft and fluffy against the skin. So even in the middle of summer, you can experience a touch of winter magic and pure Alpine freshness.

Time for a moment of peace. A sense of tranquillity descends upon our cosy retreat as we let our gaze wander, relaxed, over the softly lit aquarium with its gently gliding fish. A place to take a deep breath, settle in and let go. Recharged with new energy, we are then drawn to the Infinity Outdoor Sports Pool, where we swim our laps in blissful tranquillity – accompanied by the panorama of the surrounding mountains and the fresh South Tyrolean Alpine air.

At the Sky Lodge, we enjoy the warm rays of the sun and the feeling of boundless freedom, before the cosy warmth of the rustic sauna hut welcomes us for our next sauna session. For the subsequent refreshment, this time we choose the ice-cold plunge pool – an invigorating contrast that gives body and mind new vitality. Immediately afterwards, pure relaxation awaits in the 36°C XXL Relax Whirlpool, where warmth, water and tranquillity combine to create a unique sense of well-being.

After a brief visit to the soothing saltwater grotto, the view opens up onto our spacious wellness garden – a natural retreat full of peace and harmony. We stroll along the Kneipp path beside the rushing mountain stream and then plunge into the crystal-clear organic natural swimming pond. In the idyllic waterwheel sauna, we enjoy the last sauna session of the day whilst listening to the soothing splash of the mill wheel.

To round off the day, we treat ourselves to a moment of complete weightlessness on a floating lounger in the garden, before heading to the Beauty & Vital Lounge for a relaxing massage – the perfect way to end a day filled with wellness, nature and a deep sense of well-being.
