We have 120m² of extensive gym facilities with the most modern Technogym cardio and weight-lifting equipment. In the 70m² gymnastics area, there is more than enough space for your workouts and relaxation exercises. With our diverse fitness programme, you can find out what you’re made of and test your limits. In our aquafit, spinning, yoga or Pilates classes, you’ll be amazed at the progress you can make in such a short amount of time. On the Board 3000, the ultimate vibrating fitness machine, you can, for an extra fee, receive personal training on a course which teaches you about the biomechanical stimulation of all your muscle groups. Plus, in the 20m-long Sport Infinity Pool, you can complete a few lengths and feel fitter than ever.

If you require any materials for your sporting activities, such as a heart rate monitor or other equipment, we will be delighted to hire these to you.

It doesn’t matter whether you work out alone or with others, at the Quelle Hotel you can have the opportunity to take part in group sessions or receive personal training from our professional fitness coaches.
